COVID-19 Update

Firstly, everyone at Lithocraft hopes that you, your family and fellow work colleagues are safe and healthy.


As a result of COVID-19, we like many are adjusting our operating model to support our employees, keep them safe and provide an uninterrupted service for our customers.


In response, we are taking measures to ensure all services are provided without disruption. We are writing to advise the following changes.


As of 6 April, Lithocraft will operate under the following arrangements:


  • Sales, Account Management and Customer Service personnel will be working from home and contactable Monday through to Friday (Business as usual)
  • Our logistics operation will continue to operate Monday to Friday. The warehouse opens for deliveries 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Inhouse manufacturing will be operating Tuesday to Friday 6:00am to 10.00pm.


We will continue to monitor, review and adapt as required and will continue to provide updates on any changes.
